Commercial Support

Free Support is provided for this product. During your initial implementation, you may open two support incidents to assist in the configuration of this product. Free support is provided by email only, and we generally reply within 24 hours Monday through Saturday.

Commercial support is available for this product. You may choose to have Inno-Tech staff provide all initial setup and configuration for your environment. We can also provide on-call support for products that are self-configured.

Rates: Support is billed in 15-minute increments with a 1-hour minimum charge. (Minimum charge is per incident and not per-call.) Rates for remote support and configuration of our products are generally lower than our general consulting and engineering rates. As of January 2009, those rates are:

Customization Certain products, such as our Login Script and SIT, lend themselves to customization. Customization is available at $60/hr USd. If the customization results in a generally useful product enhancement, the charges will be waived.
