Inno-Tech was formed in 2002 to provide enterprise class services to companies of all sizes. Our team has first-hand experience in several industries, including Banking & Financial, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Travel, and Technology/Software Development. We support all Microsoft/Windows based environments, as well as most Unix/Linux environments and the applications that run on them. Our expertise includes all major hardware platforms, including virtual environments from VMWare and Microsoft.
Our customers range from small businesses with a handful of employees to enterprises with thousands of users spread across the globe. While our home office is in the New York City metro area, we support clients with on-site staff throughout North America, and provide remote support services globally.
For our larger clients, we provide specialized IT services such as WAN management, security & firewall administration, and engineering design services to support and augment their internal staff. This is especially useful during migrations and restructuring of Active Directory, Exchange, and Web environments. Many smaller clients take advantage of our cost-effective IT-Outsourcing, where we design and implement their IT infrastructure, and then provide ongoing support through a combination of automated, remote, and on-site services.
